Returns + Exchanges - Status
How will I know when you have received my return/exchange?
We aim to process all returns & exchanges within 14-21 business days of receiving the package. We will refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax. No shipping costs will be refunded unless there are extenuating circumstances. All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card that was used for the initial transaction within 14-21 days of receiving the item and processing the return. The time it appears on your statement depends on the individual financial institution. In the event that an item(s) does not meet the Return & Exchange Policy requirements, the item(s) will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply.
