How do I return or exchange an item(s) that I purchased from BarefootDreams.com?
Use any of the following options to return Barefoot Dreams products purchased online.
Before mailing the item you wish to return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) by sending email to our Customer Service at returns@barefootdreams.com. Make sure to include the original order number which starts with BD_ for the items you wish to return or exchange. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item.
Once your request has been received and processed, within 2-4 days a customer service representative will email your RA confirmation as well as a prepaid shipping label to return your merchandise.
Pack and seal your box securely and apply the prepaid label and drop off at a UPS location. Please note that Barefoot Dreams is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
