How do I cancel an order?
You have 30 minutes to cancel your order after you have placed it, through your customer account. Please contact our customer service department by starting a chat or calling us at 855-269-2442, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm PST, if you have further questions. Please note, we are not able to cancel orders once they are processed.
